![]() Pressure-resistant rubber molding
专利摘要:
The present invention relates to a profiling of a rubber strip which means that it is not completely compressed when it is subjected to an external compressive load. Characteristic of the invention is that an alternative two partition walls prevent the profile from being compressed completely. Claim 5 relates to a specific adaptation of the invention. Description of the invention The rubber profile has one (1) figure 1, 2 or more partitions (2) figure 3, 4 which extend perpendicularly from the profile roof (3) or bottom (4) but do not reach opposite roofs or the bottom of the profile. The distance (5) between the partition wall (1 or 2) and the profile roof (3) or bottom (4) is the distance that the profile can be compressed when it is subjected to an external pressure load. The profile is thus prevented from being compressed completely. The profile also has four inclined and resilient partitions (6) which extend between the roof and bottom of the profile, these contribute to the suspension of the profile. Claim 5 relates in particular when the invention is adapted to road bumps. Heavy vehicles cause the structure to collapse and the heavy vehicle does not bounce. Light vehicle causes the construction to collapse and the light vehicle bounces. Background of the invention Rubber profiles with resilient partitions (6) that are repeatedly pressed together completely lose their elasticity and do not return to their original shape. The resilient partitions are also exposed to large concentrations of stress at the connection between the walls to the ceiling (3) and the bottom (4). This gives rise to fatigue fractures in these places. The invention considerably prolongs the durability of rubber profiles which cannot be completely pressed together when subjected to repeated external loads. The invention is primarily intended to be used in the manufacture of rubber profiles that are used for road bumps, where there are requirements for long wear times and that the profile does not lose its elasticity. Claim 5 relates primarily to when the invention is adapted to provide a bump. Heavy vehicle causes the structure to collapse and the heavy vehicle does not bounce. Light vehicle causes the construction not to collapse and the light vehicle bounces. Claim 1: Rubber profile (Fig. 1), characterized in that it has a centrally located partition wall extending from the bottom of the profile and which does not reach the top of the roof of the profile. The profile has four resilient and sloping partitions that extend to the roof and bottom of the intermediate rubber strip. 2: Rubber profile (Fig. 2) characterized in that it has a centrally located partition wall emanating from the roof of the profile and which does not reach down to the bottom of the profile. The profile has four resilient and sloping partitions that extend to the roof and bottom of the intermediate rubber strip. 公开号:SE1500128A1 申请号:SE1500128 申请日:2015-03-11 公开日:2016-09-12 发明作者:Hay Erik;Nordström Anders 申请人: IPC主号:

refers to a specific adaptation of the invention. Description of the invention The rubber profile has one (1) figure 1, 2 or fl your partitions (2) figure 3, 4 which starts perpendicularly from the profile roof (3) or bottom (4) but does not reach the opposite roof or bottom in the profile. Claims (1) [1] 1. Rubber strip for road bumps comprising a roof part (3) and a bottom part (4) and intermediate space between the roof part (3) and the bottom part (4) which is divided into four inclined fi resilient partitions (6) characterized in that intermediate space comprises a partition wall (2) , or mellan your partitions (2), which extend vertically from the bottom part (4) of the rubber strip in the direction of the roof part (3), alternatively the roof part (3) of the rubber strip extends in vertical direction towards the bottom part (4), and that the partition wall (2) in one end is connected to the bottom part (4) alternatively the roof part (3) and that there is a distance (5) between the other end of the partition (2), alternatively the other ends of the partitions, and the roof part (3) or the bottom part (4), causing the maximum compression of the rubber strip is limited and that a heavy vehicle compresses the rubber strip to a greater extent than a light vehicle, whereby the light vehicle bounces / vibrates while the heavy vehicle does not bounce / vibrate. Rubber strip according to Claim 1, characterized in that the rubber strip comprises a centrally located partition (2). Rubber strip according to claim 1, characterized in that the rubber strip comprises a two partitions (2). Rubber strip in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rubber strip comprises two partitions (2) each placed between two outer partitions (6).
